In their last six games, Seattle has given up 169, 136, 173, 178, 162, and 202 yards rushing. If there is one thing ARI does well, it is running the ball. Their 5.0 YPR is tied for 1st in the NFL, and their 189 yards per game on the ground over their last three games also leads the league. ARI is not blowing off games to better their draft position, as evidenced by their come from behind win over the Eagles last week. ARI ran the ball for over 200 yards vs DAL, SF, and PHI - winning 2 of those games. ARI is 0-5 in the division, and it's my guess they go all out to get a division win. Good Luck!

The Lions impressed me with their performance at Dallas last week. They should have won the game. They need this game to have a slight chance to gain the #2 seed in the playoffs. More importantly, they don't want to go into the playoffs on a 2 game skid.
MIN surprised me this season. They were the team most people considered lucky last season, and not as good as their record indicated. That turned out to be true, as they were quickly disposed of in the playoffs. This season, after starting out poorly, they turned things around. Their defense started playing well Their offense became formidable as it was last season. Then, Kirk Cousins went down. They even played well after that, for a couple weeks, with a couple different QBs. Then Jefferson got hurt, and they finally just collapsed. They've lost 5 out of their last 6 games with their lone win coming being an overtime 3-0 win over the Raiders.
Detroit has been solid all season. Their offense is 3rd in rushing yards, 4th in passing yards, and 5th in points. Their Rushing defense 4th. Their weakness is their pass defense which is ranked 26th, but I doubt the ailing Vikes behind Mullens will be able to take advantage. The Lions have won their last 5 games at home, and have averaged 30 points in their last three games overall. Minnesota has given up an average of 30 points in their last 3 games. The Lions play before Dallas does, so they'll be playing as though they need the game for playoff seeding. They are 11-5 ATS this season, and have covered the game following each loss this season. They should pull away comfortably here.

The Bills have come a long way over the last several weeks. When they play good teams, they usually win easily. When they play bad teams they seem to struggle. They're not as consistent as they've been in recent years. They've played poorly on the road.
The Dolphins are a very good team, yet something seems missing. They beat the Bills in Miami last season, though they outgained by almost 300 yards. The Bills have dominated this series in recent years, winning 10 of 11. Though Miami normally has a strong home field advantage, I think that is negated somewhat by the Bills familiarity with this venue, and their overall success. Miami got smoked badly by the Ravens. I just don't see them bouncing back here. Once again, the AFC East goes to Buffalo.
