Do you ever wonder sometimes that what makes people like Russel Wilson so good is that are too young and nieve to know the pressures of the NFL yet?  I remember the Matty Ice when he got that nickname he was quite clutch, perhaps everything that goes with being a starting QB, pro-bowl QB and face of a franchise is what has changed him.  I obviously do not know this for sure just pondering how you have stud rookies come up each year and some continue to be studs and others just fade.

Good point. But this guy had to fight adversity all his career. I bet every league he played in questioned his height as a QB. Its like in the movie moneyball when you have the scouts saying "he doesn't look like a baseball player". So this may be the reason he will always have something to play for (not to mention being picked in the third round).
