*** Patriots will blowout the Ravens this weekend ***

Seems kind of crazy to lay 7, but after all, Pats bettors do have the secret weapon on their side, Ravens OC Cam Cameron is one of the biggest buffoons in all of football.  He will find a way to make sure the Ravens lose.  Not sure he can suck bad enough to let the Pats cover, but he will be trying his damndest, and that's all I can ask.

See, now that is the faulty logic I was just pointing out.  That isn't going to happen.  Cam Cameron is under the illusion that Flacco is Drew Brees.

Can the Ravens slow down the Patriots? Maybe but everything says it’s highly unlikely. Sports gambling is like betting on the stock market and investing in a product. I am willing to invest my money on a proven and successful product in the Patriots. I know the Patriots should win and you HOPE the Ravens can just show up and keep it close. I don't invest in HOPE.

How about the Ravens winning the only playoff matchup between these two teams two years ago 33-14, at New England.  Maybe Baltimore -7 is the play.  Who gives a shit about the other stats, this is for a trip to the super bowl!!  Brady has a weak left shoulder, he better protect it, because the Ravens are coming after him.  I think he gets sacked numerous times and ends up injured and New England loses.  We will see today!!

I don't see how people see a blowout.  The ravens are averaging 23 ppg and giving up 16.4ppg.  I could see the score 26-23 or 27-23 Baltimore or New England.  The total is also dropping 50.5 to 50.0, meaning the betting public is playing the under enough to push the line down 0.5.  The ravens put up 20 points on Houston, which had a very respectable defense.  So, for sure I see both teams hitting 20 points.  The only final I see as a potential cover for NE is if they win 30-20.  Betting Baltimore, the worst case scenario I see is a push 30-23.  I don't think any bet at Baltimore +7 or more points will lose today.  If New England hits 31 points or more, than it's a different story.  So the magic number for Baltimore backers, would be New England putting up 31 points or more.  Don't see it happening today!!

I am not saying the patriots don't have a good team.  They had a super bowl caliber team for the last 10-11 years.  What won Baltimore the game two years ago, was heavy pressure on Brady.  This pressure forced him to make quite a few mistakes.  I think that happens again today.  Heavy pressure, weak left shoulder, great tackling from the Ravens. 

Let me ask you a serious question:  If Brady gets injured today on a sack and can't play the rest of the game.  Will all those weapons you listed be enough for NE to win and cover the spread having the backup QB in there!!  I say this because I have a feeling Brady will get his shoulder hurt today being tackled by the defense.

1) new england has alot of new pieces in the offense since then

2) ravens got 3 or 4 picks that game off brady.  if memory serves me right, 2 of those picks were lucky bounces where the ball bounced of the reciever and into the defenders hands.

3) ravens defense is overrated imo.  their defensive numbers are inflated due to playing alot of woeful offensive teams.

For those of you saying NE's defense is horrible you watch way too much ESPN. 11th in Points Allowed, 3rd in turnovers created, and a top 10 redzone defense is not horrible. Everyone loves to talk about yards allowed like its make or break

Well, there's your game right there.  Pressure and turnovers.  Brady didn't get touched last week because Denver's defense is weak.  Flacco took like 5 sacks from Houston.  Hence, why Ed Reed called him out on ESPN.  I seriously see the reverse situation happening today.  Brady will take 3-5 sacks and Flacco will get the ball off quicker to avoid getting hit.  Baltimore will run the ball alot because of Ray Rice success in their last playoff game and the weak run defense of NE this year.  I say Baltimore plays inspired football today and wins the sack and turnover war, which leads to a win in the overall game. 

Yards allowed leads to opposition points and poor field position if the other team punts.  Turnovers are the great equalizer in the equation.  Don't see New England being + in the turnover margin today.  The ball will be run down their throats. NE very good at pick off passes. 

That will be the ONLY way Baltimore will have a chance to cover
