My brother just walked into the house & yelled, me & 2 friends are going to the Ravens/Pats game, he bought his ticket for $200, he has been on the Patriots money train all year & he really wanted to see the Patriots live this year, he got his wish, he asked me if I would like to go, I said no thank you, he knows what I have riding on this game, & besides, I have never been to a college or NFL game in my life, I prefer watching the game from the big screen, altho I thought of going, im too nervous to be there live & if I lose, that will be a lousy 40 minute drive back with traffic, so I will stay home .
I never put guarantees on my games because their isnt any sure things, but I for one think the Patriots will go undefeated this year & the Dolphins will go winless, but as i stated before, I believe the Ravens are in a good spot to cover, so good luck to everyone in whatever they play, especially the Ravens backers :)

The main reason this might have logic, is that Patriots from local reports here in Massachusetts are looking to run the ball more in this game....therefore lowere score better opportunity to cover...also Baltimore would love nothing more than reduce this game down in time

I personally don't think the Ravens will cover but if you are so convinced they will, my ultimate advice is don't bet that much. Bet it but bet it softer.
Final score: NE - 35, BAL - 7

Be careful for anyone taking Baltimore, Yes 19 points looks nice but keep in mind a major trend for the 2007 football season during sunday monday and thursday night games.
During these games the team that wins the game outright is 25-4ATS this year. that means that team that wins outright is covering the number at a rate of 86.2% .
The trend continued this week with both Dallas and Pittsburgh covering. I doubt anyone in their right mind thinks that Baltimore will win this game which basically makes the only logical play on this game as NE - 19 or just betting the total.
If you are still too stubburn to take NE and an 86 percent chance of winning is not good enough for you then consider throwing a small amount on the Balt ML.
I certainly would not reccomend that though. I will be playing NE - the points tonight.
Hope this trend changes a few peoples minds and puts them on the right side of the game tonight which will be NE.

"but the sharps are not stupid, they have already bet it down 1.5 pts"
They also the Saints line 2 points yesterday and look wht happened...
If anything it's too early for "real" sharp money to make an affect. Would not be suprised if the line jumps back up right before game time..1/2 to full point
