Just by looking at incognito you can tell he's a typical jock bully who never got punched in the face...went to a rich suburb school and pampered

I've been in maybe 4 fights in my life and I never threw the first punch.
Lol, u wanna hear a true story? You remember a MLB player named Jack Cust?? Long story short, New Year's Eve, at huge upscale party in NYC. A former mets player who was traded to the Rockies(I can't Rememver his name for the life of me) is at this party with a few of his baseball buddies(I remember the whole party was buzzing when he strolled in). One is teammate Jack Cust. I'm kicking it to a girl outside at 4am as the entire party is emptying out of this cathedral that was converted into a huge NYE party. Who is next to me talking trash at me for no reason and laughing how I "have no game?" Jack Cust. I tell him to F off. He pushes me. I say don't touch me dude. He pushes me again. I'm saying "touch me again and I'm....." Boom, he pushes me and I grab him in a headlock, wrap my legs around his one leg, get all the leverage and gave him an Indian burn while screaming NOOGIE NOOGIE NOOGIE at the top of my lungs and cackling.
I throw him down. It gets broken up. My crew with me. His crew about 25 feet away with him. I'm watching him though. His boys are kinda breaking his balls and he's getting red in the face. My buddy even says watch out this isn't over. Next thing u know Jack Cust who was a beast and at the time probably bigger than me(back in 2003 I was prob 6 foot 1 215 pounds) bull rushes me. I step aside and using his momentum, smash his head into this NYPD trailer at the curb. He goes down. On his knees seeing stars.
Now even then I could have knocked his teeth out with a death blow, but its not in me. So I kinda did a running kick/push to his chest and put him on his back. Next thing u know its a 10 on 10 brawl. Cops come and pepper spray us all and we spent 3 hours in a NYC drunk tank. Next day, cops let us all out(was 8 of my crew locked up). Cop says get lost, baseball players aren't pressing charges. That made me think. Met dude(can't think of his name still) was there. He was now a Rockie. Cop said baseball player.....So went online and got team pictures of both the mets and Rockies that year and we all pointed out JACK CUST was the culprit.
Moral of my story....LOL I have no idea. I guess I'm no bully by any means, but I'll always ALWAYS defend myself.

Also, as someone who works in the mental health field and has experienced suicide in my own family....don't underestimate how mentally tormented Martin might have been. Some people don't have the thick skin and tough minded mentality that you might. From what I've read Martin was really mentally messed up about all this stuff. I've also read that he contemplated suicide.

Even though we are on opposite sides with our opinion, I appreciate how you broke it down in an intelligent manner unlike that other guy who is calling me a waste and an idiot and stinking up this forum. If the facts come out and it turns out that RI was really over the top and maybe the ringleader in making this guys life a living hell, I'll be the first to say I was wrong. My initial stance though is Martin is a 325 pound beast of a man on a team of warriors and I can't fathom a "bullying" situation to where this guy just walked off the team on gameday in a crucial prime time game. I heard the transcript and it was so over the top, so crazy, I couldn't help but laugh.

People keep saying they don't condone his behavior but in a way, they do by FOCUSING on Martin instead.
This is not his first incident with the other players. A. Smith from the Texans and Seymour from the Raiders both had altercations with him on the field before. Smith got suspended for 1 game and Seymour got fined for $30000. Incognito got no penalty on both cases. Why? Well, by some of your guys' definition, he "pussied out". As soon as he got hit, he turned around and notified the refs. Now, it's the definition of a "bully".

Yea man, he was a total douche that night. I had no idea who he was until me and my friends put things together and pointed him out on the Internet the next day. He was a no name back then, but actually strung together some decent years I think with Oakland. But yea, NYE, out on the sidewalk. Hundreds of people milling around. I'm trying to get this chick back to my buddies loft in SoHo. I was talking to her through the night, but she didnt want to go back alone with a bunch of strangers(our crew was probably 10 guys and only 2-3 girls at that time). And here's this drunk guy next to me laughing and calling me a loser. His exact words were "nice try loser. You got no game, Piazza."
Just remembered the NY Met guy who was there. JAY PEYTON. He was recently traded to the Rockies, but still known in NY. He strolled into the party with a huge crew and a couple of them were some no name guys on the Rockies...one being Cust. Coincidentally, when the huge brawl broke out, Peyton was GONE! I guess I can't blame him. But Cust must have been with his boys because it was quite a brawl. I remember my one good friend was so mad. He was trying to break it all up and one guy ripped his tuxedo and sucker punched him. All I remember before the pepper spray blinded me was him hammering this dude and yelling YOU TEAR MY TUX (punch). I RENTED THIS(punch). NOW I GOTTA BUY IT(punch). Let me tell you though. Pepper spray is no joke!! I'm a bull, but a direct hit of that and I was tapping out and cuffed and thrown in cop car in about 8 seconds.
