Cincy vs Houston
Cincy was 6-2 on the road this year. Not bad for an NFL squad that was just 500 at home. The texans avg only about 22 more yds per game than the bengals an about 40 in the air. Not really anything significant there seeing as the texans have a much better complimentary of back all yet than the cincy did. Defensively it's the same note , bengals allowed 4 less yds at 320 to the texans 324. Bengals were slightly better in the air, texans just 10 yds better on the ground. So not much variance to take an angle eithe way. Dalton threw for 27 tds and 16 picks vs Schuabs 22/12. Schaub threw for about 300 more yds than did dalton but the bengals r much more of a run first mentality team than the texans so that means nothing to me. You avg it out that's about 19 more yds a game so no biggie. The texans were most vulnerable this yr to the air raid offenses like the pats an Green Bay this yr and play more tight with the more pro style teams like the bengals. Bengals scare me a little only being about 37% on 3rd down to the texans 42% but these teams both give up 20 a game and the bengals avg 22 vs the texans 24. What's all this mean??? Bengals are 3-1 as an away dog and have played better on the road. This is a team that's pulling it all together finally in 2012 getting over the humps that have blocked them in the past are are 7-3 in their last 10 to the texans 5-5. Ill play the hot team with an evenly physical defense that I think will allow foster a decent game but silence the passing game just enough to prevent a texans late drive. Bengals win it 19-17 but I'm taking the points
