Also the saints didnt look too good in their first game and look what miami did to the vikings in minnesota. Public burial tomorrow night.
First off, extra days of rest counts if you got a training staff that know how to use it --- it's not talk about Saints beeing more rested, but better prepared with extra days to do so....
And if you don't think the days off doesn't matter, what abou the ats records you listed up??
To counter those -- Saints i 3-0 ats and and 1-0 in SF ats since 2001, crushing 49ers in SF 31-17 in 08...
I got a bad feeling abou this one even though I love Saints to cover in this one...
SF of a bad 3-31 loss in the openre in Seattle, a lot of off-field crap happening with their GM leaving just to join Seattle right after, Coffee sudden retirement with the only reason that it was a misstake by him to join the NFL to start with and to cap off the training-camp Davis and Crabtree got a heated up situation where Singletary had to break them up...
During the last game you could easely see that both Crabtree and Davis is missing some reps as they didn't play at all during the pre-season and was never on the same page as Smith.
Also, they had comunication problems between Smith and the O-coordiator -- something that brought up the fact that the players was reported to have no confident in Raye, that again went on to a statment from Singletary that there is a "rat" in the organisation...
While the 49ers got crushed 6-31 in the opener and got all kind off off-field troubles in their organization, the Saints continued their winning ways with a solid preformence in the home win vs Vikes..
With all that I realy like the Saints, but the fact that I got a bad feeling on it and that the home team is 4-1 SU on national TV so far this season (NO, WAS, KC and IND with NYJ as the only loss) scares me a bit and probably forces me to place a smaller wager than I first intended... Still gonna play Saints though, but probably only for half the amount that I was thinking...
