He's got 61 million guaranteed reasons why he isn't playing well. Most players who end up getting all this guaranteed money never live up to it. Nothing new here. Nothing new.

Cause he is not scoring.. 23 points in last 3 games.. 13 points vs Raiders.. he needs to retire.. worst contract ever aside from Chris Bosh at 25m a year.. throw in A rod and Ja Marcus Russell too..

The only game shockly he played well was at the Rams on a prime time game. I wish I would have never saw that game because it gave me hope for this team.. backing them when I shouldn't have... They are trash..

But for some reason I think they will win their last 2 home games..

I been DIEHARD 49ners Fan since I was 13, now I am 25 years old. I watched every single snapped this year and I can tell you that Kaepernick is underdeveloped in the pocket, he can't read the defense, he makes poor decisions, and stares down his WR (Doesn't use Vernon Davis and the run game is dead)

I rather keep Jim and get rid of Kaep, but in reality its not going be that easy. Jim great coach and make players play in there best potential.

This league thinks a quarterback equals 11 men. And when you have 1 person hog majority of the money. Good luck trying to find protection. That's a coaches job to know how to improvise.  Kap got rich at too young of an age. Ask rg3 he should know. Then you ad free agency to the mix and throw in a little espn and you're done. . And a locker room that's either pissedmoff after a loss or devastated, where half the men doesn't have a clue how fast thier careers may End. Coaches and qbs get a nice enough chunk to retire after a few years. This problem will always exist. That's why players would rather be on disability like how half of America is on social security. Amen to that

And you know what. I never liked Jim since the superbowl. Having both brothers in the sb going head to head. That's hollwood. But after all he took the team there with a back up qb. And a large enough fan base to open a new stadium. And now there's talk he may get canned? The public forgets quickly. He should've went to the superbowl this year instead of that's the case. But on the surface he looks dense minded. Typical cry baby and not a whole lot of brains. Kap is an idiot. All it takes is kapernick not using his legs to win games to become exposed. He can sure run just like cam.

You can say Kap is an a**hole, that Harbaugh is an a**hole (and if you didn't know he was, nice job on the homework), let's not forget GM Trent Baalke.

This is the guy responsible for the Niner roster. The Niners annually have a ton of draft picks the last few years, but, you'd hardly know it. 

Can you name the Niner wideout that can "take the top off a defense"?.........................me neither. The Niners tried in 2012.

No worries....inside information is saying that RYAN LEAF is coming in at minimum wage.  A huge step up in talent for the Niners.

Holding, are you serious ?  Don't know if the owners care about football?  Cmon, get a grip.  Also, I agree these contracts they pay some of these guys are ridiculous, BUT you win Super Bowls with elite QB's.  Few teams can win without one.  There are anomalies (Richard Wilson ) but for 99 percent of the time you have to have the elite QB.  Unfortunately human judgement comes into play and these teams reached and missed.  However, what's with your NO pick on your list?  Drew Bree's?
