At what point as a coach you tell yourself This is not our future QB.. need to try something to change the dynamic. No QB , No Kicking WTF!!!

It's the fact that Green Bay tried to present him as the successor to Rodgers and he was fully prepared after sitting on the bench for years. 

Hes not a starter and this will be his only years as a starting QB in the NFL. 

Packers will abandon ship this off-season.

The QB position in the league has taken a massive cliff dive over the last 10 years, how many elite position players are there at QB right now? Elite does not mean on a great defensive team and their mistakes get covered up, elite means they can carry a mediocre to bad team based on their skill alone.

I dont know if any are currently. That includes Mahomes btw

I disagree.  We were blessed to be in the era of Brady, Brees, Peyton, Rodgers.  Finding a franchise player period is tough enough.  A franchise QB is a unicorn!

This is not talked about enough. Very few of these young guys end up being good. And the thing is, I am no scout or pro but it feels almost visible on what young players will be good yet teams like New England, New York etc keep going with their awful young QBS. Pay them good too. 

Those are all old guys. He said last 10 years and I will guess more closer to like 6-7 years. But he's right. 

I believe Love has no drive or vision for the game. College games will not determine the success of mediocre QB like him. There are so many now in the league without that drive.

 It's called entitlement. No drive, don't have to work hard just take money and run. Let me add in part ownership of a NFL team when the next qb gets drafted. YAH. The sad thing is coaches are first to go.
