Well I heard this trend lastwk n I've been waiting to play it and I thought San Diego was it, but is it??? It opened at PK, moved to SD -2, then moved back to PK... whatsayou??? I already played the Supah Chargahs but I'm curious if this hits, would it be considered part of this trend? My thoughts would be "NO" Bc it opened at PK n eventually moved back to PK, so NO right?? At the same time, for the majority of the Week, it stood tall at SD -2, and at some local Books, it's still SD -1.... Whatya guys think????

To much love for Sd.  All week long everyone talk about hoe poorly Jet offense on MNF.   Just a thought.

Not trying to be an ass here either but my question was NOT "should I bet SD or NYJ?", my question was "is this trend considered active?" or is it in play??? Thanks for the advice in the NYJs pick but all trends aside, I don't think the Jets have the firepower to hang with the Chargers and the Jets rush D hasn't impressed me. Meanwhile Ryan Mathews is a goddamn BEAST and Gates was just announced as Starting... I'm LOVING the Chargers here!!

SD I think there's enough reasoning behind a big win for them. Gates and Matthews provide a lot of explosiveness for them and the SD defense has the means for keeping the jets in check.

two tips i would give for capping this game...

  1. Chargers have the #31 ranked S.O.S... Jets have the #5 ranked S.O.S...
  2. despite the fact the Jets are 3-3, and Chargers are 4-1, almost all power rankings have the Jets in the top 10, and the Chargers out of the top 10... and rightfully so!

as usual, the Chargers are highly overrated, and as usual, it seems like the Jets are underrated...

with respect to your question, there is no way to answer that... this game is effectively a pick'em, with some places having the Jets favored, some having the Chargers...

usually, when it comes to those trends, it is the closing line that is considered official...

I'm gonna guess that the team that is the favorite at the kickoff would be considered the favorite, no matter where the line opened.

Too funny as I was just about to say there is too much love for the Jets based on them being at home, west coast/east coast this and them winning last week

bets I think to answer your question I believe that the spread of the game in question has to be what is ends up before tip off, or perhaps its the opening line...I'm not sure though but I think that's how it works...

The answer is YES it is in effect.  I understand the West Coast team traveling and playing at 1 is a play against but SF blew up that theory last week.  Also I don't think the Jets play as bad as they have, Def should step up but I think this is a stay away game.  But yes the trend is in effect.  BOL Bets!
