I'm going with the best defense and that is the Eagles

Defense wins championships and the Eagles defensive line almost remind me of the superbowl giants but not quite. They are certainly bad azzzzzzz

AND??... Who did they play, that would make the statement "they have been the best team" a credible statement to make? I AM watching... and what I have seen is a team that fattened up on nobodies all year long, and that is why I know the statement "they have been the best team" has to be marked with an enormous asterisk.

You bet on the team that got here by beating NOBODY of significance... I'll bet on the team that actually had to beat the cream of the crop this year, and has been at the top of the cream of the crop for the past 5 years. You're betting on a team that has not proven ANYTHING over the past 5 years.

Eagles are on a great run but they started last season 3-6.  Squeaked into the wildcard and therefore had the 2nd easiest schedule.  Playing the NFC north and AFC south will get you some good defensive stats and pad those sack counts everyone comparing them to 85 bears.  Eagle fans will eat crow on monday

Lions and Texans made the Eagles defense look bad.

Football Outsiders (FI) adjusts their DVOA rating for the quality of team opponents.  FO ranks PHL's DEF #6 and KC's #17.  FO ranks KC's OFF #1 and PHL's OFF #3.

I'll predict than an edge of 11 will beat the hell out of an edge of 2.

Really. One D force a big TO for a TD and got a sack. The other literally did nothing all day but got bent over by Mahomes to Kelcey and the KC running game. Good call.
