    ..... Until I saw this:

Justin Bieber? A Yacht? Miami? They couldn't wait another week? I don't see Jordy Nelson hanging with Macklemore. Giants lose, this comes back to bite them in the azz.....

That's how he's spent his entire season when entertainment was available and the Giants cruised to a 11-5 record partially on his back.

Means very little to me in terms of a cap, especially early in the week where they aren't fully into their next set of practices. I expected nothing less from him.

So.... You're taking the Giants then? How about the fact that they already lost to the Packers in Lambeau? And that was before A-Rod's "Run The Table" statement. Now, they're peaking at just the right time.....

Also, as you well know by now, Giants could have sat their starters last game, but they didn't. Now this will be the third road game in a row, in Lambeau, in January.

Just saying, no way is Julian Edelman taking selfies with Pitbull & J-Lo at some Miami nightclub right now. But FIRST YEAR coach McAdoo is no Belichick. Or Mike McCarthy....

He made the playoffs in his first year, pressure is off to go beyond that, for now.....

    Good Luck

I was perfectly fine with the Giants not sitting their starters as a fan (not as a bettor). McAdoo sold them on righting the wrong of the Philly game and accomplished that. That psychological edge is far more valuable than rest. And most starters outside of manning didn't play the full game anyway (and manning needed it the most). Brilliant performance heading into Lambaeu.

And this is what ODB does. It's par for the course for him. Really a non-story for me.

Agreed. But he does that for Belichick or McCarthy he's gone. No questions asked. Remember all the "unrest" in the Giants locker room at the beginning of the season? The guy that shoved an ESPN reporter after a loss? On the flip side, Packers are down 4-6, Rodgers gives his team a "run the table" mantra, everyone buckles down and gets to work.
Yes, Eli has 2 SB rings, but that wasn't under this coach. McAdoo's already gone beyond expectations:

"Awwww schucks! Good try!!! We'll get 'em next year guys..."

The lion and the tiger may be more powerful, but the wolf doesn't perform in the circus.

It's a non story for sure, but they still won't win, might cover, but I see The Pack playing in the final.....most likely against the Chefs and winning. Going to place the Pack beat the Chefs in the SB when I get a chance, it will pay huge money.

Before there was twitter and so on do you think that players used their day off to study film or so on? This is a 100% non-story cooked up by the media probably to attract bettors on Green Bay or just to stir a sensation or both. If anything, this is good for the Giants. OBJ is known to play and compete hard every Sunday, apparently he needs to party hard first, fine, let him.

Justin Bieber? A Yacht? Miami? They couldn't wait another week? I don't see Jordy Nelson hanging with Macklemore. Giants lose, this comes back to bite them in the azz.....

If this is how you cap games you need to stop gambling immediately!
I seriously can't believe the stupidity of people fabricating a story out of this.
This is the first time the players were able to relax and celebrate Christmas/New Years (the way they choose)...you want to imagine what things were going on behind closed hotel room doors and houses of other teams...the ignorance is seriously incomprehensible.

If the Giants lose it will be because Eli hands the game over to the second best QB in the NFL period

I'm not capping this simply because Cruz & OBJ are partying. It's more a reflection of the COACH than the PLAYERS.....

{Ben McAdoo didn’t seem to have any problem with his players being out so late a week before their wild card game. "Players are off until tomorrow morning,” McAdoo said. “We will see them tomorrow morning and they’ll get their workout in, and we’ll get ready for Green Bay.”

The head coach wouldn’t say if the players traveled back to New Jersey with the team or if they received permission to head off on their own straight from Washington. Is it possible that he would discipline the receivers?

    “The players are off,” McAdoo said. “They are not working.”}

You think Coughlin would've allowed this B.S.? Belichick? McCarthy? They're not playing the Browns at home during pre-season for God's sake!

TC wore out his marine style coaching methods and lost the team towards the end.
However, they were off work...it is work, there job, who are we to judge what they do after working harder than 90% of Americans.

There was no curfew, they were on a boat in Miami after an intense battle against a team that had everything to lose and they did there job...and did it very well!

What if it was a yacht rented by the Make A Wish foundation, same time, same place...problem then?

Nope...because their shirts would be on.

Working harder than 90% of Americans lmao . Playing sports for big bucks is a luxury/privilege  not a job. Tell that to all the blue collar workers out there what a joke of a comment

ODB partying with his teammates (and the views too) is not Manziel out late with some thugs partying in Texas. It's also not Lawrence Taylor up all night in a hotel room with some hookers before a game only to light up a qb for 4 sacks. Take a look where it counts. NY can exploite a deteriorating GB secondary for fun. GB might have the more explosive offensive but they're up against a challlenging d-line and Landon Collins. I'm all over the G-men teased with the under.

Really?! The Packers are coming off a road game with technically less rest from the late game and extremely banged up on the offensive line and secondary. Both of these issues play to the strength of the Giants. I give the pack an advantage at home but I still see a close game here.

Maybe you've never had a job where you didn't punch a time clock, but for the rest of us adults who get paid salary, I'm sure at one time or another had our boss come to us and say, "Look, we've got this big project coming up, and I'd like your full attention on it. Might be a couple nights and weekends....."
So, do I flip him the bird and run off to Cancun with Harry Stiles from One Direction?
Think about all the focused perennial winners: Kobe, Jordan, LeBron, Brady. Are they pulling this crap, especially during the playoffs? I'm just saying it's an indicator as to the level of commitment and respect for the coach and the game, that's all.....

    Also, I don't get the Make-A-Wish reference....

I worked in many difficult jobs before I owned my own business.
I am just saying the majority of Americans don't work as hard (physically) as an NFL player does. Go watch two a day and practices, then go in the weight room. I worked for an NFL team (not in a glamorous position) and I saw this first hand. Most people in general don't work that hard, trust me...nor would they even have the physical ability to do so.
Do they get paid more and live better, of course, not debating that.

OK, the Make A Wish, all I am saying is, if that boat had a Make A Wish logo on it and there were two cancer kids on each side, would Miami and the boat be an issue?
Nope, we assume too much. It was there break to do whatever they want (legally). It was also the first time they were able to celebrate Christmas/New Years, think about that.

I am a Giants fan by the way, and I am on GB only due to Eli's regression and the pick 6 he will probably throw and going up against the second best QB in the NFL.

Also remember Apple is a rookie, and he will be exposed Sunday.
It is also his first Playoff game as well as OBJ, Jenkins (our other DB) and Collins (our star safety)...against Rodgers who is red hot.

    Just food for thought.
    GL to all!
