Google NCAA study about referees who gamble. Up will come websites.umich.edu. Click on link and go to pp 7-9 You will read about ONE college basketball referees who was bookie. Of course he probably never bet on the games himself or altered the outcome when he did.
And of course, there has ever been no other referee doing the same thing.
You will read about Bobby Knight stating that the referee is the one who can most easily influence the game. Like Larry Johnson, Im sure many of you will
claim Coach Knight is a crack pot.
HOF John Hannah of the Patriots ADMITS the NFL influenced so the Patriots benefitted by referee calls when they were contemplating to move. Many of you of course

Also, when you google ncaa study about referees who gamble.....read the If It Aint Broke article. The FBI investigates referees who ref in the Final Four. Why do you think that is? MAYBE its because they know that some referees have swayed the outcome of SOME sporting events. Maybe the naysayers in this forum know more than the FBI. REFEREES are not known until announced on field sure their are some crews that are heavy with flags and you can try to figure out the rotation but it's hard to know
