     The only disgrace was your COL (CAREER ON LINE) play on the Packs on THE NFC championship game.

    @Rudyj

     You are betting with your heart. I know you are a 49ers fan. Yes GB lost to Minnesota and NO but the 49ers lost to the Seahawks twice. They just beat a circus show of a team and now we're supposed to believe they are a Super Bowl contender? There's a reason they finished the season at 10-7. I wouldn't bet on Jimmy G at Lambeau. Maybe if it was Kaepernick. Lol

    You have to wonder how all these little injuries that Jimmy G has will impact him in the cold weather.

    I put 0 thought into the NO loss....it was week 1, with all the distractions from the off-season with zero practice....and even the Minn game wasnt a bad loss, it was a shootout lost at the end.

    Historically speaking the Packers lose in the Playoffs to teams that beat them during the regular season.   The Packers have been swept out of 7 straight postseasons.

    2012 Niners

    2013 Niners

    2014 Seahawks

    2015 Cardinals

    2016 Falcons

    2019 Niners

    2020 Bucs

    The 2021 Packers beat the Niners during the regular season and I think will beat them again( probably cover)   The Chiefs have a chance to sweep the Packers out of the postseason but that wouldn't happen till the Superbowl peace_5

    @Crooks

     10-7 teams are the ones that usually make a run to Super Bowl

    Hard to claim that would be a KC sweep, seeing Rodgers didnt play

    Packers had all those guys in the NFCCG and got run over, embarrassed.

     So last seasons championship game? First of all, this is a different season. 2nd of all, the Bucs had 24 carries for 76 yards, or a hair over 3 ypc. Is that getting "run over?"

    Where do you sum of you people get your information from? One idiotic, incorrect comment after another. Come on guys you gotta be better than this. Lets try and help each other, not put out bad information, that's not coolan_shake

     I would have to think he is talking about the 2019 NFC championship game vs the 49ers? In which the 49ers ran for 285 yards?

     I'm seeing he'll be playing. If I were a 9er fan, my concern is it's his throwing shoulder and one hit, one hard landing  on an icy field and very cold weather, could end his day. Gamesmanship by the Packers, if you know a guy has a sore spot and you have the opportunity to hit him there, hey, that's football, just part of the game.

    There's not much to add at this point in the season that everyone doesn't know all ready, and the same points usually get argued at nauseum.

    So I'll point out something that will probably be looked over.

    The Niners have a much better kicker, and for the weather conditions to boot.

    Gould is 85.71% on the year, and has kicked at Lambeau plenty in his career.

    Crosby is old and washed up. 73.53% for the year.

    Just saying, if you're laying the points and this is what screws you, that will suck.

    Cloudy vision.

    Arod 0-3 last 3 playoff games vs SF

    week 3 matchup this season, both teams banged up BUT

    the 9ers secondary had lenoir/hafuanga and Norman in the rotation much different than who’s been in recently.

    demeco was new with the D; last games secondary been tight and D line is eating something they weren’t doing very early in the season

    trey sermon the pup got his first start and struggled 10/31 yards. Elijah won’t be the same.

    pack been terrible against the run last games going into the playoffs. Teams don’t suddenly learn to tackle.

    I love the pack secondary BUT the 9ers can have success against the 2 man arod and devante show..

    yes I’m. 9ers fan and I would never bet against Arod because I believe he’s the best mechanical QB of this era BUT the 9ers will be able to cause problems for y’all.

     Gotta believe you're right about that. That being said, these are not the same teams as a couple of years ago, you can't realistically compare 2 different rosters and 2 different seasons. If that's how people handicap games I need to become a bookie, that's just plain stupid and ignorant. Ay caramba!confused

     Not overlooked here, it's my one concern, special teams for the Packers. Their coverage teams have not been good and Crosby has missed 9 FGs this season. I'll be literally crossing my fingers every kick Crosby attempts, XPs included.peace_5

    @mrusso

     I agree with you here only to a certain extent. These teams may not have the exact same players (its close) but, the scheme hasn't changed much. The 9ers are a run heavy physical defense team and the packers are a finesse passing offense with a bend/don't break defense. They have given up some points this year. GB defense looks better this year I will say that and the returning starters should make a difference. The game plan for the 49ers will be the same as always, I think we know that. Now as for GB, will they try to go blow for blow in the running game? Matt Lafleur has a bad habit of trying to pound the rock when he doesn't need to. Dillon has made it look better this year, but at times I just don't understand taking the ball out of your best players hands(rodgers). For some reason the packers will try to mix in the run when they are having crazy success throwing the ball. Can't stand the drives when they run on 2nd and 10 for 1 yard and then an incomplete pass on 3rd down. They need to come out slinging it and stay super aggressive on offense until they have a 2 score lead at the least. This is the key for GB to win this game. Have to get to 30 points here and lean on Rodgers maybe more then ever before.
