Last year Baltimore beat CIN by 7 and by 8. Factor in the fact that The Bengals QB Andy Dalton and best offensive weapon A.J. Green were both rookies in a strike plagued offseason that didn't include minicamps or much practicing. I see huge growth for those two guys.
Also the upgrade from Benson to BenJarvis Green-Ellis is huge. Benson was just a volume back, BJGE actually has ability to break off big runs.
Also they bring in Terrence Newman at CB.
Also The Bengals had a much better draft, drafting 2 first rounders and 5 picks in the top 83 picks (3 rounds).
Granted their first pick CB Dre Kirkpatrick is injured I think Suggs being injured for Baltimore is a far far bigger set back.
So I see Cinci being on the rise and Baltimore being a bit on the decline (still a playoff football team but not a 12 win team).
That being said Baltimore beat Cinci by 7 and by 8 last year. So if I'm right with Cinci's improvement as a team they should be able to keep it close.
