Had a horrible Week 8. Shouldn't really have jumped off the OVER money train on MNF good thing I teased one bet and managed to get in by half a point. Anyway here's my Week 9 card, what do you think?
Atlanta -10 Green Bay -9.5 New Orleans -13.5 Indianapolis -9
BOL.
I would revise those picks. Its always a warning sign when all your plays are or are close to double digit favorites. I actually really like Houston. Indy's secondary is in big trouble, and Im not even taking Sanders into it. Both starting corners are out and both replacement are rookies. To line a 6'3 225 Andre Johnson with a kid who might be old enough to buy a 12 pack is just unfair. On the other side Indys #2 WR is not playing. Usually nobody can keep up with Indy putting points up. Becuase its harder for them to score and are highly suseptable to giving big plays up on Defense, I LOVE Houston.
I like the GB pick. Tampa is the skid mark of the NFL, and the Packers are pissed coming off a loss to their biggest competition in their division.
Atlanta -10 Granted they have losses against KC and Detroit, but they have had away games at NYG and PHI and still havnt had a loss by double digits. The wild card to me is they have a terrible O and its now without their stud TE. Its not bad, but its not as that good.
Green Bay -9.5
New Orleans -13.5 Again, its hard to say with this teams current trend that you shouldn't ride the wave. The thing is Carolina can stop the pass. Im not saying they can hold Drew Brees and gang off, but I like it a lot more at 12.5 I think the score will be s omething like 30-17 very easily. Some picks I like is is Pitsburg, Bal/Cin under, and both the Chargers +4.5 and the Over, 48. San Diego, will score. The x factor is can the Giants keep up.
