every morning that i listen to espn radio's "the herd" colin talks about tim tebow for hours on end. who is this colin cowherd guy? thoughts will be appreciated.

Was a radio guy in Portland Ore before he moved to Bristol...was hired buy a guy of the name Bruce Gilbert who ran ESPN Radio for 10+ years. 

He's a sap who takes the 'Contrarian' point of view just to get a rise out of people like yourself.  I watch him on TV from time to time.  He's amusing but like anything art related, is all subjective to the consumer and the people in charge.

hes funny at best, he's also a big beleiver in romo. i am a cowboys fan and it cracks me up. stats stats stats, he loves em but sorry romo just fails in clutch and we all know it.

 

also hes good at what he does he gets people to listen.

Just another run of the mill moron at ESPN.

But at least most of the other morons played professional sports.  Cowherd wasn’t even good enough to be a waterboy in high school.

I fuckin HATE Colin Cowherd. He fucking sucks balls and yet is insanely popular. It is crazy how he is best known for radio (as well as that stupid early afternoon ESPN show he does with that blond chick), considering his voice is super nasally and annoying.

He literally creates straw man arguments every single day and then argues a point for hours on end that no one else was even saying to begin with. He never admits when he is wrong. Take for example when he went on a 3 day rant about how Kevin Durant would be a flop in the NBA. He said the same thing about Kevin Love. He also basically said that Sean Taylor was a thug the day he was murdered and that he probably in some way caused his own murder...he is the epitome of douchebag. 

Now, all that said, the guy knows college football and is a remarkable capper. I'll give credit where credit is do.

I remember his dumbass going on and on about how the Heat were going to dominate the Mavericks.  Every good thing the Mavs did he dismissed it as being meaningless because there was no way the Heat were going to lose.

I watched his first show after the Heat lost the finals.

He didn’t say a single word about it.

Not one.

For the most part true but there are exceptions. Like Scott Van Pelt who is the MUTHAFUCKIN Man! He doesn't appear to have an athletic bone in his body but his radio show is hilarious and he's usually spot-on with his comments and perspectives. Seems like a good dude too.

i watched colin cowherd for the first time and right off the bat, there is nothing credible about this clown. first, he's ugly as hell; 2nd he don't look like he ever held a football before much less played it.
