One more thing... Giants, Philly, GB, Atlanta and New Orleans are all @ 6-3 or better.  Chicago will be out of the playoff picture before the season is over.

Downthestretch, Sea. and Washington combined has a -76 point differential... if you think that is parity, you have no clue what you are doing.  That RikeM guy or whatever is a homer, deep down he knows Cutler is a joke, and no team in their right mind would go after him.  Hopefully the Jets game means something to the Jets and they'll pick him apart.  Look at his stat against the Mia D that was on the field for the most part of the game... 0-TD and 1 INT. with a 63 passer rating.

Dude, you need to learn to appreciate the fact that the defenses have something to do with the outcome of games!!

Hell Yeah The Bears Won 3 in a Row Now and are in 1st place ahead of Green Bay.  This Team needs to get back to dominance!

You guys that lost lost 1 bet, big deal. This is the NFL, I don't want to hear about schedule strength. This isn't the fuckin' SEC. These are the best players in the game. Give it a rest. The Bears pitched a shut-out. Miami did NOT score. The Bears went on the road and handled business and handled it well. That's it, end of story. For fucks sake just get over it. We all lose a bet here and there.

Ok... let me break it down to you, St Louis is about Par to Chicago.  Tampa Bay is worse than Chicago (they have no d or offense) Oakland?  Are you kidding me?  Oakland is a Legit team, Cleveland is also a legit team, they've just played a tough schedule so their season was doomed from the get-go.  Give them the Bears Schedule and they'd be 7-3 as well.  Dallas is full of talent, but you could tell that team had given up on Wade.  Let me know when you want some more lessons.

This was not a close game. It was officiated very well. Miami did not score, could not score. That's it. Talk all the shit about the Bears you want.

Just as easily as you can say that teams with bad records are better than their record, one can argue that teams with good records are worse than their record.  This was my point when I brought up the winning percentages of teams that Chicago has beaten.  I've been watching the Bears and their QB has a propensity of throwing passes directed at the other team and their defense has a secondary that is full of holes.

Anyway, Rickem I'll mention that I did not bet on this game tonight.  I'm just an enthusiast that likes to watch any NFL game that I can.  You are right.  This is one game that the Bears won against a team starting their third string QB and refusing to run the ball.  Can I fault the Bears with this win?  Obviously not.  You just have to put these things in perspective.  I saw plenty of overly zealous Bears fans Week 4 and its all setting up again.  Maybe it will be the Eagles, maybe it won't but this team is most likely going to get exposed more than once before the end of the season.

Name me one team that WON'T get exposed before the end of the regular season. I heard one smart comment on the radio the the other day. That comment was "there are no great teams in the NFL this year".

The playoffs are the only fucking games that matter anyway. Right now it's all about getting to the playoffs. AND THEN, "a win is a win" holds even more water.

I generally don't bet on the home teams. I thought the Bears would beat these guys and I was right. It really was not not that difficult of a decision to make.
