brady is going to look like romo on sunday. he will have NO help from
his offensive line and his defense will choke away the game. i want to
bet on brady but it's the players around him i don't trust. i think i'm
gonna bet nothing but prop bets sunday. since i don't have a clue on what
teams will show up.

That's exactly what is holding me back from pulling the trigger at the moment. But I'm holding off thinking the line will climb.

Damn Kickin, I have been holding off thinking the line will go down to 2.5. Am i wrong thinking this? I thought all signs have pointed to this happening. You think it will go up to 3.5 or higher? Let me know what you think and BOL either way ... gonna be a good one.

Hands down K Warner is the most underrated QB in NFL history. That SB against the Steelers was one of my favorite games. He wasn't as publicized as some other qb's of his day, but his numbers and play speak for themselves.

We all know Tom Brady should be 13-4.
Tuck rule is by far the biggest bullshit game in NFL history, probably sports history.
I was in 9th grade when that game happen, and one of my good friends was a big Pats fan. True story, when Brady got hit and fumbled, he threw his remote at the wall smashing it into 100 pieces and went to bed. Only to wake up the next morning and find out what happen. I still don't let him live that down haha.

Bradshaw was 4-0 in superbowl play and was a great big game quarterback. The best definition of 'great' player is one that comes up big in big game situations. The Blond Bomber was the best.

Kurt Warner was all the proof I needed that the NFL watered itself down with expansion,free agency, etc.
Years ago, the stud QB's were spotted miles out - drafted, usually sat and watched before being released to the wild. Now that its the National Football Lottery, you can have grocery baggers and 5th round draft choices win superbowls in there 2nd seasons. Warner totally sucked in NY, so a thouroghbred he is not. the sport is still great, bute the league isnt the great entity it once was. the NFL can thank fantasy football for masking a lot of this.

Um, you clearly didn't watch Warner in New York. He had nine starts went 5-4 as a starter and was sacked 39 times. In NINE starts (and one relief appearance). The Giants sucked that year, but Kurt was 5-4 as a starter. Eli was 1-6 with the same talent around him. So no, Kurt didn't suck in New York. His supporting cast was terrible and he was sacked over 4 times per start.
Give your fucking head a shake. You won't hear anything. Nothing up there to rattle around....

no no no. bradshaw is like montana----they were surrounded by hall of famers.

That is where you are way off!
Ted Washington, Ted Johnson, Bruschi, Ass. Samuel, Seau, Seymour, Vrabel, Wilfork, Harrison, and McGinest, etc...........a lot of great defenders. You don't have a questionable defense and contain the Greatest Show on Turf to 17 pts.
When it's said and done, Brady should be in the same class with Montana no doubt about that.

Go back 20 years and list the starters/backup QB's and do the same w/ 2011.
Yesterday's backups and 2nd tier QB's would be all starts today.
See: Boomer Esiason, Phil Simms, Randall Cunningham, Bobby Hebert, Bernie Kosar, etc, etc,
Now compare them to: Tavarias Jackson, Mark Sanchez, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Matt Moore, Matt Cassell,Rex Grossmann,Kyle Orton,Tebow
Who would you prefer from list 2?
It's a sad joke quite frankly.
Dont confuse the sport of football with the pedigree of the league. Its not the same. Unless of course, you are 21, live with your parents, and think that you know it all because youve watched every superbowl since 2000.
