any lean on the totals?

i'm stuck with gb/chi over 31 in a teaser and it's looking really bleak right now.
they set the 2H total at 21 which gives me a hard time hedging

Bears +7 almost looks too easy.  I guess question is will the bears play to win or start sitting starters
