 I disagree on there is no one to blame besides the Thunder. The refs put the whistles in their pocket for the entire 2nd half and the players didn't start playing in the 3rd quarter until about 4min left. It was something like 10-7 with 4 min left in the 3rd and all of the sudden the players turned it up a notch. 

Refs opened the 3rd quarter with a touch foul immediately and then proceeded to not even blow the whistle pretty much the rest of the quarter.

You make what you want from those facts.
