gutcheck: Quick question: Shouldn't the system's SA/DAL line be 190.5? I thought the idea was NOT to include scores that involved up-tempo teams like GS, Seattle, Denver, etc because they skewed the averages. Thanks in advance for clarifying.

yes, you are correct Jeskeets...the previously stated policy was to eliminate the high scoring teams . I  also came up with 190.5 ...that makes it a 4 point differential from the opening line 186.5...

Not a strong play ... a 4 point differential.

Am I correct Gut?

BTW---Utah- Denver- Gold St- Suns are 1-4 in scoring....Sonics are 15th.

You are correct. Another thing I am looking at is the YTD numbers to confirm what the system is telling us. The YTD on Dallas/Sa is 192.6. Which is also over the total of 187.5.

Play it at your own risk. I like are chances.

Heat, Bulls, Nets, and Sixers, are lowest scoring teams...30-27.

All we are hoping for is a winning night. I am starting to think, you have to play every single game that fits the system. When you start being selective, you can mis out. With the record we have posted, in a short period of time, you could be up some serious cash if you were playing all of them.

CORRECTION: 

Mavs are 8th- 102.4 and Spurs 13th- 99.0

Something I started looking at was the 2 teams YTD numbers to confirm what the system said. YTD = Point For and Points Against YTD. If they both are not saying the same thing, then its a no play. Guys, remember I am tweaking this as we go in order to better our chances.

For example. If a line is set at say 200.

THe system says 205

And the YTD is anything over 200 ( not worried about point difference, etc)

Then the play is over.

Line is set at 200.

System 205

YTD 198

No Play

You can find YTD numbers on covers or yahoo.

that dallas/sa line is moving up just saw 189.5....those 2 points could be handy...lol..Ive already got every play locked in for the night...Let keep the good times rollin....

 = 201.4.(102.4 + 99.0)  I got it off covers and espn...both were the same.
Please tell me  exactly where you are getting a YTD of 192.6.
