What does this NBA TNT games mean?

I dont have any idea about "TNT games" does it mean the underdog team wins? or what? enlighten me thanks

"TNT games" is an abbreviation used to advise viewers that the effort level they may see on the court will be below expectations.  "Teams Not Trying" games are played virtually every night in the National Basketball Association, but it's on Thursday nights that the spotlight shines the brightest on teams that barely seem to care about putting on an admirable display of fundamentals, teamwork, hustle, and the will to win.

That loss on Monday night to the dudes wearing Warriors uniforms this season was pitiful.  The Blazers thought they could win with strictly jump shooting, but when you've got Rodney Hood and Kent Bazemore doing some of that jump shooting, you can lose to anyone, anywhere.
