Many people are underestimating the Indiana Pacers. People suggest the team has lost their composure and got lucky with the win over ATL in Game 7. Sure ATL wasn't making the treys, but could the Pacer's defense be for that reason? I believe so... This very moment Wiz are a strong fairly young team, but that may go against them. They haven't experience a close game battle for a series for a while. Indiana is starting to rev up and the team seems strong. I believe this series will goto Game 6 at the latest, but don't quote me... this year's round one was intense. Best basketball I have seen since and I am loving it! For the first game I feel that Indiana will win it SU by almost double digits. They will explode in the 2nd half because the match up is too favored towards the Pacers.

As for the bench, I feel that they are about even.

If you check the trends then you'll see that Indiana should win ATS and yet the public favor Washington, which is fine. If I was to choose based on consistent gameplay, then I would choose Washington, but this is basketball, anything can happen. If picking winners were that easy then we'll all be winners!

Yeah because they barely beat the worst team in the playoffs. I think this is a close game but I will go with the team that is playing better basketball. The layoff may hurt Wash but the lack of a layoff will hurt Indu after such an emotional series. Remember Wash won 3 games at Chicago so I discount the home court edge.

You forget that IND and CHI are different teams. CHI traded away their scorer... Luol Deng and with that loss CHI became a weak scoring team. WAS on the other hand knew this and played the run and gun strategy vs CHI. In the playoff series, WAS got more shots off by the end of the game than CHI because CHI believed in slowing the game down and grinding the opponents out. WAS used their 3-pt threat vs them and with CHI big-me'n's limited stamina, they won vs an overrated CHI team. IND is much stronger and I hope after tonights game you'll realize their potential to dominate.

I hope I am wrong though, I like being wrong and losing money. It's fun this way...

Stevenson's an emotional roller coaster that could hurt this team as much as it can help them. He's the X factor imo for this pacers team. Has to keep his composure and ill advised shots and turnovers on check. Beal's much more composed much better 2 way player than lance and for a young guy Beal is handling the playoff pressure extremely well. Didnt flinch on do something to get him kicked out of game 2 when him Hinrich had a little altercation... if that was stevenson forget about it! He would have reacted and fallen right for Hinrichs trap. Beal any day over stevenson... but i still like the pacers to cover tonight. Wiz have rust and indi has momentum and really nothing to lose at this point cuz everyone has already counted them out

Stephenson would man handle Beal... Stephenson is just a Ron Artest that runs and guns. He is surprisingly fast and athletic with a creative play style that would make you wonder why he is on the Pacers, which is known to be fundamental. Let's take a small wager of troll$... Beal shoots under 35% or scores less than 15 pts tonight. If I lose, you get troll dollars. You can buy a troll ticket to troll other people at the cost of myself.

THANK YOU! People are just playing off what they see, but they need to open their eyes to what opportunities a player opens up for the team. Beal is just a catch and shoot player. He rarely drives on a strong defense and doesn't have the skills for dishing out good assists. If you are going to compare his stats from last season... i hope you guys watch the games because the way WAS worked last year was just pass and shoot system. Most of B.Beals/J.Crawford assist came from Nene and T.Ariza catch and shoot play style. Lance Stephenson taunts with his dance with he scores on folks....irrelevant... Just watch the games and you'll realize the skill level of people.

Bottom line washington is playing much better basketball. From a capping perspective I couldn't find one reason to take Indy .. Atlanta sucks and took them to 7 games. Chicago would kill Atlanta

and just like that wash drives on hibbert for an easy 2 to take the lead then next possession hibbert commits a loose ball foul, and another shot by nene over hibbert and its a 3 point lead for wash just like fvcking that now 5 point lead unreal......................
