dude if you have been capping for 20 years and you are still in here making commentary then i think u need to realize that the people in this forum are low level bettors...
I have been capping NBA for 3 years and honestly 20 years means nothing .... the internet boom is what has caused bball to come to the forefront of capping and betting .... so your experience prior to lets say... 2003... is insignificant in my eyes...
You wanna play everything that fits in your system so be it.. but i have a system of my own and I know for a fact there are levels of strength in any system play, they are not all equivalent.
to the other dudes
you wanna learn how to cap? find all the best betting websites that give info on stats, ATS, OVER UNDER, public percentages and different tendencies of sportsbooks..
then find a group of peers to bounce your ideas off of... and find a sport you know WELL... like REALLY WELL
bet 1 unit per game and make sure your unit is something affordable, like for instance i started at 25 a game..
and never bet more on one play than the next when youre an amateur because you will end up having winning nights where you lose money... thats lesson 1
