Thoughts on PHX/GSW?

Was taking a look at this game -- interesting pre-season spot for both squads coming off of games last night and both have to travel. Not sure what that favors, but PHX games have been gone 198, 197, 194, 204, and 191 this year while GSW has had two absolute clunkers of totals (163 and 159) mixed in with 193, 202, 186, and 198. I'd tend to lean OVER in this spot (tired legs/defense), but with such a low total for a game like this (rest of public may not have caught up to the fact that these two teams are not pace pushers like they have been the last 5-6 years) makes me think that this total is looking for OVER action.

Any thoughts on this game?

I sure did expect a better game from the Warriors  last night as I took the points with them,was going to take your Suns play but waited and then the wife had me busy and missed the start by 10 mins.,lol.
Watch some of a Warriors game a few days ago where they looked good,and your right they did score but it was from shooting well not from a run and gun effort,think Jackson has changed their offense at least in pre-season.

Yeah the over is a fishy play with Jackson as the coach. Plus it's a preseason game. I like Warriors -4. They have played well this preseason and I see them bouncing back after the loss last night. They just wanted to go home.

Kapono I'm going under 195.5 for 3 reasons

#1 I have been on the overs in NBAX for some time now and see the worm turning as we get close to the regular season. I've seen many 1st halves fly over 100pts only to see the game grind down and go under. Philly one of many examples score 36 in 2nd qtr last nite against NY and then score 36 entire 2nd half.

#2 this is GS last preseason game and they open their reg season against this Phx team so I don't see Mark Jackson showing too much tonite

#3 this is an awfully high total needing 50pt qtrs the whole time

I'm on all 4 game unders tonite

I can't give a logical explanation other than I feel like the wrong play is the right play.

I parlayed GS -4 and the OVER 195.5


My backwards thinking is both teams traveling and going on a hunch not much D will be played. The 195.5 strikes me as high but I for some reason see myself rooting for no shots made in the last minutes for under to hit, of course thinking the under was a shoe in.

Long story short. I think the wrong play is the right play here. Parlay time on a backwards hunch

I think pre-season games tend to slow down in the second half. Add the fact that opening night is just around the corner, teams are even more careful now and not over exert before they ven play when it matters.

CMM, look at their schedules man -- after this, PHX has two days off, they get Denver at home on the 26th, and then have 4 days off before the open at the season at home. They got plenty of rest before the start of the season.

Golden State has literally seven days off before their next game which is the start of the season!

This is a spot where both teams should play hard. The 10th-15th guys have maybe one last chance to impress the coaches.

good work to the guys that come in here and give some thoughts
and/or reasoning behind what they are selecting .......

i went in small on under 197 .

watched gsw last night and they looked horrible .

no curry means less scoring punch and jackson was
displeased by defensive intensity or lack thereof .

lots of turnovers and sloppy play killing any momentum or rhythm....

hard shit to watch .

line looks tricky trap but so be it......good luck all

Both teams running I thought they dont run no more and are focused on D?  I guess when these two teams meat its a track meat no matter whos on it.
