Knicks ownership will do whatever it takes to win so you are wrong there. They never had a strong general manager which they now do in the form of donnie the sage walsh. In terms of Dantoni's coaching style, Mike Brown is a puppet who literally runs no plays in the playoffs other than clearing out and giving Lebron the ball 40 feet from the basket. That clearly does not work. So who are you to say if you put one of the top 2 players in the NBA in a system that has gotten into the playoffs he will not be able to find a way to win a championship if he had the pieces around him?

They got swept in the Finals by a vastly superior Spurs team and beaten by a superior Magic team at the time. They have added pieces this year that make them better in regards to the mismatch vs Orlando last year. His system works.
What about LeBron's new mansion just minutes away from the best practice facility in the league? Just going to throw that out the window? Think he wants to live there from June-Oct instead of Vegas and Europe where he usually goes in the offseason?
Can't wait to hear all the talk of NY/NJ leading up to July. Even from LBJ to lure in all the suckers only to never go there.

Miami has a respectable and proven Pat Riley in charge. No way a team can sign 2 guys to max contracts without 1 staying with their current team. I guess they could along with 10 other guys at the league minimum.
