I can vouch for Betphoenix being a solid outfit. Try them out as they are the anti logans/sportsbook.com and Richard there is solid state  and they pay quick.
 
My only complaint is their horse racing software sometimes takes bets seconds after the race is off, gives you an ID number then cancels the play after the race. It only happened once but they need to work out that kink in the software.
