Not playing in a Playoff game because you wife is having a baby. WTF ! I can’t see it , it’s a playoff game and why he makes the money he does . I know this generation is softer than shit but come on. Couldn’t imagine anyone with a drive to succeed not playing for this bs - He spend plenty of time w kid when he’s done doing his job. Hysterical.

Are you crazy... The birth of a child is something that only happens once... If you interview a lot of parents they will tell you they're first child. That birth is extremely important. The life of a newborn child is way more important than any basketball game. Any? Think about your statement. Most people will take days off of work because their wife is having a child. You only get to experience that one time in your life. It's not something that happens everyday.

Nuggets a little disjointed how they've played so far through 6 playoff games...

I respect your point of view I’m old school, he will most likely divorce his wife as time goes by and marry a younger a woman , have a love child w her - She will want that shit out brat to insurance the high life. He can be there for her at that time not now. Millions of babies are born it’s no big deal , actually gross should never be seen by anyone other than the doctors. I witnessed my daughter’s birth and I still struggle to eat a rare cooked steak - I wish it never happened , should have stayed in waiting room flirting w an attractive nurse. ?????

Why does making 41 million make a difference? Should we hold him to a different standard? If you wanted to take time off for a baby and your work allowed it why shouldn't you. No different. Because its Game 2? I think many could care less about wins, losses or playoffs. It is a job to them. Maybe he thought he couldn't play up to par because his mind would be on the baby. Who knows. Hell for all we know they planned this so it would be after the season and Gobert wasn't thinking they would get past round 1.
