That game was beyond staged... First down by 18, then Rondo of all people hits the GW shot... This team just lost by 42 two days ago and then had all that fake trade rumors, so you would think they would get smoked again but nope, they script it for LA to win.. SA will prolly win despite losing by 40 last night... Another player returning to their old team

Fakers only 1 max slot available...Boogie is not going to take less than a max since this year he is playing at a discount....If they sign Kyrie this summer to a Max...They cannot sign AD in 2020 unless he takes less than a max, which he will Not....They stretched Deng's contract...over 4 years...Its the reason why the Fakers needed to trade for AD now or this summer...They are in trouble...

Wouldnt it be a super plot twist if absolutely no one of any significance goes out to LABron out of sheer spite towards him? Deep down inside, i am sure the majority of newer aged nba stars and up and coming stars have seen James ruin peoples careers and leave them in the dust...now that hes getting on the wrong side of 35 soon, hes really one more groin pull from becoming just another Karl Malone 
I think the media just needs something to talk about 24/7...Pelicans will never trade AD to the Lakers out of spite from when the league nixed the Chris Paul deal...AD will end up somewhere in the East, and its quite obvious theres a shift in power happening now...more top dogs will jump conferences as they realize the Warriors will just reload and win more rings...the East has quickly become a beast, while LeBum days are definitely numbered

Just want to add the Lakers are not in trouble not getting AD in a trade. The year 2020 21the salary cap goes up to 118 119 estimated. So with Lebron at 39 million they can still add 2 more stars at 39 million each that's getting rid of Kouzma Ball Ingram Hart in another trade. For example sign Irving and trade for AD in July they can still put three stars together. If Irving leaves Boston what's Boston going to do not trade there whole roster to NO for Davis it makes no sense. Give up Tatum Brown Rozier Hoford with a player option or Hayword plus 2 first rounders. What do they have left. That leaves Hayword or Horford who has player option on his contract Morris Davis and who left. It all hinges on Irving and I see him walking so the Pelicans got a great offer now they might get something they dont want.

Not they can't. A max slot is a % of that year salary cap so AD will have to get a % of the 2020 salary cap....Minus out Dengs $4+ million and you have to have 10 other players at the minimum cap hold to fill out the roster of 13 players = $10 Million.
So $118 - $14 million = $102 Million...LBJ takes up $39.2 Million = $63 Million, which not enough for 2 max slot players. Only way it works is if they trade for AD this summer then they can extend him and go over the cap in 2020. You cannot sign a free agent and go over the cap. Only go over the cap with your own player. AD will make $27 Million in 2019, which is why Lakers can sign another Max player this summer if they trade for him. So yes Lakers are screwed unless they manage a trade. Pelican don't want the Lakers players....Noone will be an All star.
