Kudos to Lowry but this is the Raptors in the playoffs in a nutshell. Yes there are breakdowns all the time, but Lebron or Russ is not on the court to make up for that.

The Raptors are notorious playoff chokers.

You cannot have breakdowns like this because guys like Derozan and Lowry (who can go brutally cold in big spots and lose his shooting touch late) simply will miss those shots more often than not, PARTICULARLY when a play breaks down and it all depends on them.

And you have to blame the head coach here as well for this because he isn't being critical of such a breakdown even in a win (like a legend like Pop would).
Always make a argument for both sides if you are a good writer, which is one of few things you are.

Cleveland  - 6.5 or 7 is reflected of their poor ATS record for season and the last series with Indiana
But don't think for a minute the Cavs took Indiana serious ,

But  they will with Toronto tonight cause the Raptors won their home games last year in games 3 and 4 after getting blown out.

Laying point tonight with the Cavs - 6.5 or 7 is a great value play

Past history when  only going back 1 year  is something to make note of
The problem with most people capping  is looking at yesterday or last week and ignoring how things have played out in the past .

GL Scal...and nice analysis as always.

Wouldn't be surprised if Toronto win SU....Cavs always start a series slow and even loatany game 1 against worse teams

About time to stop capping trends and start capping the line man. Obviously it was cavs in a blowout bro. You admitted it yourself when you said raps were clearly better then pacers yet are getting 7 points and you fell for it. Win or lose, I'm not touching this raps cavs series at all after this.

And a note before I stop posting on this nut azz site, All you guys seem like the "public" anyways. Vegas isn't losing any bread. The line was set at 7 so you fake sharp dudes will think you have "value" on the money line lol and bet large on the spread. Exactly what everyone did. No way will Vegas pay out those kind of odds on the money line with the raps winning. You have to wait till the spreads are lower then that's when you can hit on a money line bet.

Gonna take a break guys and let the series bet play out.

Not gonna fall into the abyss.

Had the 6-0 ATS trend in game 1 for the Raps and looked in every nook and cranny to ignore it. Cost me big time here.

    27-28

    8-3 in the playoffs.

Thanks for the kind words. No need to bash. I'll tell you it was an awful pick before you say it.

Screw you Bob Dole. Screw you.

It amazes me how weak these teams are in the East. My god, they are awful. I know it is one game, but the Cavs did this to them last year, and this is their response!? I recall a time when the Bucks took out the Bird, Mchale, Parish Celtics (in their primes) in 4 games. The legendary Celtics were swept by the Bucks because the Bucks were sick and tired of losing to them. Or how about the New Jersey Nets taking out the world champion Sixers with Moses Malone and Dr. J in the first round?! That is how good and prideful those older teams were.

Just saw this on TV while watching the game, TOR is 1-11 IN GAME 1'S in recent years for the playoffs.

I took TOR myself but that wasn't a pretty trend.

Bb, not the Raps. Not this fuc¥one absolutely STACKED Raps team that comes in with Ibaka and Powell and health and Tucker and a bench and after all this? They get their heads bashed in and suddenly this series has 4-1 written all over it. Why?

Lebron has a record twenty seven series with a win on the road. So if the Raps do not win the next game they are going down 3-1 AT BEST. And then they'll look to close em out at home. I mean. god....doom. After one game. If I come back, it'll be to play the Cavs not the Raps.

I guess it was the Rockets!
