PLEASE EXPLAIN 2ND HALF BETTING FOR ME

i do not understand this shit, if a team is up by 6 at the half, and the line is at +8.5 for that team for the second half, but then they lose by 11, what's the outcome, which team covers? Does the second half start as if the score is 0-0? or does it start as is which is up by 6? What's the least/most amount the team can win or lose by to still cover? Please help, Im very confused, thanks

A second half wager in ANY sport is for the 2h only (including OT) in basketball and football.

lol what? don't be a 8===D~`.~ im seriously confused, so the 2nd half doesn't start like it's 0-0, if a team is up by 6 n the line is at +8.5 then the final score has to be what? just tell me what the final score has to look like, for the sake of my wallet n future worth

so the final score has to be my team -6 then +8.5, which means the final score has to have my team winning by more then 2.5?

Example. Today Bucks 58 spurs 52. 2h line was spurs -8.5 SO spurs have to out score bucks by 9 or more in the 2h to win. So including the first half they have to win by 3 or more

ok...this is a bit amusing but i'll help you out. if a team is up 6 and they are a dog of +8.5 @ halftime, if they lose by at least 3 points, it's a loss. If they lose by less than 3 or end up winning the game, then it's a cover for the 2nd for that team.

yes this is a serious fkin question lol, whats so hard to comprehend that someone is confused about something, im not omniscient, none of us are, we were all left in the dark about everything until we learned about it, just because u learned about it before i did means i gotta be insulted lol, grow up, we learn first before we know things, we don't just automatically know things

Hey bud. This isn't as hard as you think. 

xy = 1*1 or -1*-1

If xy = 1*1 then:

2^(x+y)^2/2^(x-y)^2 = (2^(2)^2)/(2^0^2) = 16/1 = 16

If xy = -1 *-1 then:

2^(x+y)^2/2^(x-y)^2 = (2^(-2)^2)/2^(-1 - (-1) )^2 = 16/1 = 16.

So, D is the answer. Let me know if you're confused

if xy=1 then x=1 y=1, x-y = 0..0 to the second is still 0, 0 times the rest of the equation equals 0

just bust out the calculator if u need to if the team is up 6 they wud be minus or negative 6 and if there plus +8 for the second half then u add 8 to negative 6 which wud equal 2 or plus 2 and i know wut game your talking about the bucks were up by 6 on the spurs at the half and they were plus 8 so its (-)6+8=2 so the bucks were plus 2 for the second half
