Yes, the celtics are old and cant run blah blah blah. Thats all I have been hearing. I like the celtics to be a active dog with or without Pierce. Im not sure that the Knicks older guards matchup well vs Rondo, I see him having a some success in transition and early offense... @MSG on the bigstage opening up a NBA season that needs some positive momentum after the lockout. The NBA will look for a wellplayed hard fought game/meaning neither team will lay down at the end.. Leads to more fouls n points... Basically, I see most Knick home game totals to be around 200.. The public sees the Celtics as a defensive minded half court team. I see some good value grabbing a low total of 192.

Gl.  Already at 189.  Depends who controls the pace, but usually Xmas day games trend under.  Not sure what I will do, GL though.

I can't imagine vegas whiffed that hard either... 202 and a pk to 189 and +5. I get that pierce was a ? mark at the time. But that's a huge move. These guys are all rested and age shouldn't show up as a factor in their first game...

Anyway, what are you guys thinking having seen the opening minutes? I also took the celts too.... hope that works out.
