10. Sacramento+11.5
Sacramento is in good form right now. They just recently played OKC in OKC and lost 101-107. This is a revenge game for them but I also understand OKC is going to be just as motivated because they are off a loss and it's a NBA Cup game.
In my opinion, I think the line's a little inflated and I truly believe Sacramento will get the job done.
