The Wizards are near the bottom of the league in multiple offesnive category's, including an 11-23 Ats record. The All-Star break has several advantages but can also have some disadvantages like cracking a streaking teams momentum or in Washington's case give them a much needed break. I think the break should help a young team like the Wizards. I like the way they came back in the 2nd half last night's game out scoring the Bucks by 13 only to end up lose by 1 point. They got a big boost off the bench and had their best performance from the three point line going 13 of 24. They entered the game 29th in the league shooting only 30% from beyond the arc. I don't have any concrete trends that support this play. As a matter of fact the Wizards are only 3-9 Ats as a home dog, but like i mentioned this number will improve in the second half of the season. The Magic are 7-4 Ats when laying points on the road but today's chalk is the largest number that they've been installed as a favorite.
UTAH -3 ( 2 units )
The Jazz hit a season high 4 game losing streak last night at Sacramento. At the same time the Rockets have won 4 in a row. Utah is 12-6 at home while Houston is 6-10 on the road. Anytime i can lay reasonable number at home with this Utah team, I give myself the green light. I like the Home Offense vs the road defense matchup in this game. It's also a revenge game for the Jazz who lost by 16 back on 2/19.
MINNESOTA +7.5 ( 1 unit )
The best part about playing B2B in Los Angles is that it isn't a travel game. You hit the showers get on the team Bus and head back to your hotel. Now the next thing I'm trying to do is convice myself that this isn't a letdown game.
GOOD LUCK

8 out of their 12 home wins have been by eight or more points. Their home offense is ranked #7 in the league and with a four game losing streak on the line, they should get the job done.
