Portand on road averaging 95.4 PPG
 
And the TOTAL is set at 180. Last meeting in Portland on
November 13th,2007 Portland 102 Detroit 94

No No No! Detroit always play to there level of competition. Just like the other night with Miami. A 16 point FAV and they barely won against the worst shit team in the NBA. Portlands trends and records against Detroit doesnt support your theory. Portland has always played the Pistons tough. Detroit will not get a big lead tonite. They will play there starters all nite long. The OVER is a LOCK!

detroits pace rank is 30th in the league and portland is 29th according to this site https://www.knickerblogger.net/stats/2008/
 that means both teams play slow as molasses
 
 not to mention detroits defensive efficiency is 4th in the league which means they shut people down
 
I think it's a good number since both do have somewhat proficient offense
I still like the under
 take 22 away from that score in portland and you get 94-80

I agree with you Vinnie. Portland back door and cover as well. Detroit couldn't cover against Miami layin 16!  They struggled to even win that game against a shit team at that. The Pistons always play to there level of competition Portalnd way better then Miami as well.. They will play to Portlands level tonite. Numbers dont lie.

Numbers do not lie but understanding is a little different.  No opinion on the total but Detroit decided not to crush the Heat.  Had nothing to do with their ability to do so.
