NBA !!!!! MONDAY !!!!!

1st play is:

Utah  -11.5 for 10 units... Well as I stated above the Jazz have failed to cover a spread against the Knicks since 12/19/04 and since that date the Knicks have covered the last 10 meetings. However the Jazz are 28-9-3ats cashing in on games at the very high rate of 76% since 01/06/10 and have look to have found elite status during that stretch as they have solid talent 1 through 7. Kyle Korver and Paul Millsap  lead the way on the bench playing excellent ball during this stretch as Korver is shooting 52% from the field and 56% from 3pt land this season while Millsap is averaging 11.5ppg and grabbing 6.5rpg backing up the forwards down low. Also in the games Korver has suited up for this season the Jazz are 30-12-2ats hitting at a 71% clip. When I look at the Knicks right now I see a team that has covered yes 10 games in a row against the Jazz but I also noticed that the last time these 2 played each other was a long time ago back on 11/09/09 with a healthy Wilson Chandler who contributed 33min scoring 17pts and grabbing 10 boards in that game. Now that Chandler is out that forces a lot of playing time on Eddie House ( who is only shooting 34% in 15 games since joining the knicks) , J.R. Giddens ( who has only played 180min in total on the season) and Sergio Rodriguez  ( who is averaging just 45% from the field and 26% from 3pt land). So if Bill Walker  does'nt produce one of his better games and I mean scoring in the 20pt range or so in the 25+ minutes that he will play tonight this game could get real ugly as the Knicks are allowing 110ppg on defense in their last 5 outings while the Jazz are scorching hot averaging 109ppg in their last 9 outings and and breaking the 100pt mark in each of those contests keeping the consistency at an excellent pace. It's going to be very easy for most to just take the knicks in this game based on the recent history that has been created between the two but in no way shape or form can I come up with any other reasons to back the Knicks here other than that so i'm rolling large here with the Jazz at home in what should be a pretty easy game for them IMO based on the overwhelming talent factor that the Jazz have on the Knicks in this match-up...POD

2nd play is:

Denver  +5.5 for 4 units... What better spot for the Nuggets to get their crap together and put a cover up on the board against the Mavs who are an absolute pathetic 8-27-1ats @ home this season and 4-26-1 ATS in their last 31 home games. This is a huge game for both teams and I'm seeing value in these points as this is the longest stretch of not covering a game since  02/08/06 where the Nuggets failed to cover 9 games from 01/23/06 to 02/08/06. Thats 4 and a half seasons a of basketball from that point till now. I think that Chauncey and Melo get their train moving in the right direction and at least get the cover here...

Good job ODDS. I like Denver too. I was sold on the Knicks, but then you came back with the Jazz. I still like the Knicks tomorrow.
