NBA Lines Are OFF in Matchup and Team Pages!

I've tried several different ways to ask for help and no one has responded to email inquiries.
(Found my old sign-in. Wow, Emmanuelle Chriquiri used to be HOT!!!)
When clicking on a matchup and visiting each team's past results, MANY LINES ARE WAY OFF.
This is probably also screwing up the stats on the matchups pages as well.
Here is just one example:
Visit either CHI or MIN 'Past Results' and you will view last night's TOTAL as '230' and the game listed as an 'OVER'!
This is incorrect as the O/U was 243.5!
This issue is nearing a monthg now. These game logs need to be checked and regraded.
Covers Team! Can we get this issue repaired?

Would someone be so kind as to point me to either the correct forum to post this in?
Or even bett0r, the right person at Covers Support to whom I might message this issue ?
Threads seem to just sink in here.
However, as handicappers, we rely on the accuracy of ATS/OU results when researching potential plays!
I thought this issue might be imporftant to a few cappers here?

Already this AM after the Lakers-Sac game edged OVER 233.5, Cover's matchup and team log pages for both teams has the result listed on both teams pages as UNDER (238).
