Laying Juice against the Miami Heat in a best of 7=

Even if Spurs beat the HEAT you deserve a plus money payout.

OK -- I guess I am not done -- SPURS side is betting against the YANKEES as a dog and the majority of tickets and money are betting against the basketball YANKEES with a chance to end the LeBron conversation, extend the Big 3 era, and Pat Riley -- great bet at a pickem price correct?  It is almost TOO EASY right?  Not sure what else I can say but when the public play is beating the Finals champ last year, a team off of back to back championships, with a massive US AGAINST THE WORLD edge they are already exploiting I have to at least call attention to it

Compare the price to your Kings bet -- what a crazy cheap price on a revenge dream with home court -- right?

Farg it one last reason -- Heat last year with homecourt were -240 -- it went to 7 and they almost lost -- this year the Spurs in the same situation only one minute away from winning last year are only -130 faves 9after being bet there from a dime line)  -- the books are in unanimous favor of the HEAT this year but people are still focused on what they WANT to happen.   The NBA and Vegas definitely have no interest in seeing the Heat miss out on a 3peat dudes.

actually......I pay zero attention to the price of a line when it comes to championship games or series. My main focus is trying to determine which team will win the series OR  which team will cover the spread in a championship single game. Once I've decided on that team....It's done for me. I place the bet whether it's high juice or a nice plus money dog. I'm never swayed by price.....NEVER !!

Yeah until you lose just 1 game on your home floor which is beyond doable.

How did home court work out for the Pacers and they were the most hungry team all year long that fought and battled for the sole purpose for home court vs the heat with the best home record in the NBA?

Here are my thoughts Bob.  I would start my own thread but you are well respected so no better place then here.
Sometimes when you bet, you have to look beyond everything in the forefront.  There are many distractions, possible reasons to be swayed one way or the other.  You can't see the forest for the tree's so to speak.  Forget everything you see in this series.  I personally see the Spurs as the better all around team, but that is not the reason I am on them this series.
I am simply looking to the future.....into my sports gut crystal ball if you will.  Where do you see Lebron ??? If the heat win and 3 peat, there is absolutely zero, zilch, nada, possibilities the big 3 can separate for next season.  You cannot abandon a 3 peat.  It would be worse than "the decision".
Lets face it.....Lebron wants a new place to grow his "brand"
Whether it is L.A. or back home to Cleveland, he needs a change to keep growing.  He needs to win somewhere else to gain respect.  People still think and undervalue him because they feel he "bought a championship"  agree with that or not, it is a common thought.
I am not saying he would ever tank this series to make leaving easier.......but......the desire to win after taking two rings in a row is already lower than the last two seasons.  The underlying feelings of "oh well, it was a good run" may be creeping to the forefront.  Whether on purpose or subliminal, I feel it is a definite possibility the care factor of this run is less than the others.
The Spurs are hungry, perhaps the last kick at the can for the old boys, and that is enough for me.
The Spurs win this series Bob, take it to the bank.

    - Can anyone see the Spurs sweeping the Heat?
    - Do people see the Heat taking one game on the road during this series?

In my mind the Heat were the better team last year and still are the better team.   I'm' just going to throw out a few reasons why I think the Heat will win this series, in no order of importance:

-In game 3 last finals Danny Green and Gary Neal combined for 13-19 outside shooting.   Neal no longer plays for the Spurs.  The Heat will lock down on Green like they did later in the series.

    -Wade is a little healthier.

-Norris Cole is a little better

-Rashard Lewis X factor.  I think he has more upside in this series than Miller or Battier last year.

-The Heat proved last year that they can win a Finals game on the Spurs home floor.

Hard to wrap my head around Lebron and company being underdogs, but I guess the public really does think they got lucky last year.  Not sure why the Ray Allen 3 was luckier than the Parker step back 3 to tie the game a minute earlier.  The Spurs couldn't stop them in OT and game 7 was certainly no fluke either.. just Lebron knocking down J's in the closing minutes from what I remember.

I just can't see how the Heat could win this series unless the league is completely fake and scripted. It's the One Man Team (Heat) vs THE COMPLETE TEAM. But of course you always have to consider that NBA is business and Le-bore James as their winning poster boy is good for them.
