12 points? In a quarter? Did you watch the game? He scored 24 points.

In fact, in the post season, James lead the Lakers in points, first in assists, and second in rebounds.

Players in their 40's have only scored over 30 points seven times in the history of the NBA before this year. James did it 5 times this year.

Only 49 players scored over 30 points five times or more all season (2025-26) in the NBA.

Not bad for a guy that should retire...the average age of an NBA player is 26...not bad for someone that averages 15 years older than everyone else.
