If NY wins Game 2 tonight in San Antonio, they’d be just the third team ever to steal both Games 1 and 2 on the road in the NBA Finals. The other two? The ’93 Bulls and the ‘95 Rockets. Bulls won 1st 2 games in similar type score the Knicks did than lost at home in a 3 OT game.
The Rockets won the first game in OT and the second game by 11. Similar but the games flipped. Game 1 was more like game 2
They won game 3 by 3. Both game s decided late.
What can be made of this I dont know. I think the best strategy is keep betting the Knicks even though I expect a close game with either outcome almost 50/50 for this specific game. Can the Spurs really win 4 of 5. Maybe, but unlikely
