Knicks-Bulls Under 186 1/2, Jump On It

Jumping on the Bulls-Knicks under 186 1/2. Teams were at 182 two days ago and game only went over due to OT. The Bulls are pissed about blowing the game and giving up 40 plus to Carmelo. They will take out their anger with a more concerted effort on the defensive end and will concentrate on slowing down Carmelo. This will lead to longer possessions by the Knicks due to Carmelo passing out of double teams or in the alternative forcing up bad shots. The Knicks also do not have a healthy point guard right now so it will be tough to push the tempo. The Bulls also have a very good transition defense. The Knicks turned the Bulls over often two days ago but the Bulls got back pretty quickly and prevented quick shots. On the Bulls offensive end I think Rose's return slows their tempo. He is an amazing offensive player but the offense has not been flowing as well this year when he is running the show. Their are many possessions when the team watches him run the shot clock down and go one on one. The Knicks are obviously playing a lot better defensively as well with Woodson in for D'Antoni as well as Stoudamire(a defensive liability this year) out of the line up. Think the line might drop slightly(was 185 2 days ago) so I am jumping on it now.

Should read above, "There are many possessions", not "their", and "lineup", not "line up". Can't believe I actually won a spelling bee when I was a kid, lmao.

In addition to above, the lack of healthy point guards on the Knicks should lead to less efficient offensive possessions and worse shot attempts than normal. Lin is out obviously and Baron is banged up.

Wow, total shot up as high as 188 1/2, I am guessing because Rose may be out as Bulls have been playing higher scoring games without him. Still like it though and sprinkled a little more on the under at 188.

2-0 in posted NBA Picks, got a little too close for comfort at the end but it all worked out. Actually took over for 2nd half and 4th quarter for small hedge and caught the middle.

Have not even looked at NBA for tonight as I am headed to Citifield. May or may not post something later to keep the streak going. Let's go Mets!
