A 9 time 1st or 2nd team ALL NBA Defender from '99 - '07, 5X All NBA 1st team, as well as the starting PG for the US National team in the same timeframe. 3rd ALL time in steals, 2nd ALL time in assists, 3rd ALL time in made 3 point shots. 3 times he has been to the Finals, 10X NBA All-Star....this thread can not be real life? Im ANGRY that I even saw this thread title

WTF is wrong with this person? This is blasphemy of the highest level to the basketball Gods! Jason Kidd at his prime would make Westbrook cringe.

Kidd is the rare NBA player that cares more about winning than his stats.  He is working his ass off on defense guarding Lebron or Wade, because that is the only chance the Mavs have to win.  There are no stats for playing solid defense, but if there were then Kidd would be filling up the stat sheet.

Who has ever overrated Jason Kidd?  Numbers speak for themselves.  I've never heard an analyst say Jason Kidd is amazing.  However, he has had an amazing career.
