1-0 in the NBA yesterday....8-0 in the last 4 days. Feeling more and more confident as we approach the playoffs. My methods have changed to basically just playing games involving quality teams rather than playing games based solely on trends or line movements. I've found that it has been a lot easier to predict the level of effort coming from the teams. Moving on to another week of success hopefully!

Tough game to predict here...Grizzlies will be without Gasol in this one, so their inside presence is missing. Wizards are quite beat up themselves, although despite that fact just seem to keep covering at a very nice pace. If anything I would take the Grizz in this one because of the awkward scheduling for the Wizards.

Strong lean towards the UNDER in this one. Can't really see Dwayne Wade playing in this one, I would rather rest him up for the remaining games on the road trip. One of the Magic's most consistent players all season has been Vucevic...and he's out for a little while. Magic have played the Heat tough all year...but the biggest thing I look at is that the Heat will once again want to buckle down on the defensive end.

Nothing really sticking out to me in this game...maybe a look at the UNDER with the Hawks coming off a game last night. Nothing really in the schedules other than that...thinking the spread and total are set pretty well.

Initial lean would be small on the OVER here. Nuggets will look to continue a very impressive streak of their own that isn't being talked about hardly at all thanks to the Heat. Hornets are very well rested, and what I've seen in the past couple games is that they have played to the pace of their opponents. Memphis and Boston were lower scoring games...against a faster opponent I would expect it to be a much higher scoring game.

Another tough game here because of the scheduling. Sixers on the end of their road trip. Both teams aren't lighting it up in the SU wins, but doing well ATS. Small lean towards the Jazz to get the job done at home, despite having their first game back from the road. It's getting down to playoff push time, and these are the games that they need to show up big for.

If the total is set at anything above 205...I'll more than likely be on the UNDER. Lakers still have played very few games with their entire lineup...and it takes time to get used to how each other plays. We saw it the other night against the Wizards. The spread in this game will be manipulated quite a bit by public betting I would assume.

Best bet on the board tonight for me. Magic are without their big rebounder and a solid offensive option in Vucevic. He's their best FG% guy and the way you beat them is to beat them down low. I would be surprised if Wade goes tonight, and if he does, highly doubtful he's 100%. Figure this one to stick within the 185-190 range. Prediction: Heat 99 Magic 83

Agreed my man, MIA has this in the bag, not to mention that Afflalo went out for the season. Last time ORL had it close Vucevic, JJ Reddick, and Afflalo were all on the floor. I dont think Turkgolu is going to bring that much of a positive difference to MIA, and I LIKE D Wade out for points scoring on the MIA side...the back ups want some spot light too. Great game to blow out and rest the starters for the next game at CHI.
I'm going pretty heavy with DEN and MEM too. What does it for me in those two is the matchups, at all 5 positions the Nuggets and Grizz can exploit and advantage (Faried the BEAST will own Davis...child's play down low; Randolf feeling alive after a benching this saturday, that NO ONE on the forum is talking about).
Lakers is more of a gamble than I like to admit, but I'll roll with the better team on paper in a classic bottom seeder playoff matchup.
GL as always my man, love these writeups.
