You're an addict and you need help. It's very difficult to stop on your own so I recommend GA, you can even find online meetings. But you probably won't follow my advice until you've lost everything because most addicts have to hit 'rock bottom' before they make a sincere effort to quit. For those like yourself, there can be no half measures like reducing bets or only betting on a Friday BC it will lead right back to betting on the WNBA and basically anything. You're like an alcoholic you can't just have one or two beers like other folks you go off the rails. So just quit, it sounds like you have a good job good life you should be grateful and not ruin it.

I've been gambling? all my life and I've learned all the expensive lessons. I also learned how to spot someone with a problem and seen how people overcome it and what happens if they don't. So trust me, go to GA, hand over control of your money to a family member if you need to. Once you tell someone what's going on you will begin to get better.

how did you get the money ?   inheritance? lawsuit?  work ? what kind of work?  what was your situation before the money?   if you don't respect the value of a dollar it will bite you in the behind   if this money was handed to you then shame on you   if you work and make it this money legally then you might want to talk to people in your field of work    I know a lot of people in the finance world that have this type of problem    their job is a form of legalize gambling     best of luck
