Miami is due for shit. They are a bunch of sandbagging douchebags. Theyre usually good for the 1st half cover but they will always choke down the stretch instead of putting teams away. Usually the moose job comes in the form of missed free throws.

If Lebron James was like Jordan who wanted to bury all of his opponents and was a nightmare to handicap because he always hit the point spread Miami would never lost ATS but they ALWAYS play down to their competition. I NEVER EVER BET ON THEM. They could cover and beat ANYONE but they don't.

agreed..they use all that energy to put on a show for the fans..then in the last 5 minutes of the game comes the bricks, air balls, and turnovers..smh

I like Memphis tonight as well, anytime a team lose a over-time game the previous night playing the next day is always good fade material. just like Det last time. I would also play Phil, because Orl will continue to lose till Howard is traded. Once the trade is complete, bet Orlando instead.

the problem with Mia is not because they choke in the fourth quarter. The problem lies with too much money is riding on them. unlike Michael Jordan, Lebron James is a good boy to Vegas. Jordan wouldn't listen so his dad was killed. Lebron listen so he makes all those bad turn-overs and miss free throws. If I am in the NBA and I make millions of dollars I think my free throw percentage will be in the 90%. That's your job. When I practice free throw on my own without motivation, I can at least make 7 out of 10. Believe me there are a lot of money chasing the Heat so I think the Heat will not cover again. My angle is a little weird to some people, but it is what it is. Money talk and bull shit walks.

I only posted in the play of the day three times and I win two lost one. I don't usually post, but just stating what standsout to me. I been betting on sports for 30 years and booked for 15 years before I gave it up 5 years ago. I am just here to put in my two cents. Take it for what its worth.

I'm not saying I don't like Memphis, but I don't think that over-time logic applies in this scenario.  Spurs basically benched ALL of their starters in the 3rd when they were getting blown out and played their bench players the rest of the game, who managed a huge comeback to pull it to overtime.  Basically, Spurs starters will be fresh, but can't argue with your Memphis pick as that place should be rockin' in the playoff rematch.

You have a very good point there, but the problem lies in the 6 points that Memhpis is laying. People's perception is that 6 points is too much for Memphis to lay here and majority of people will take SA in this spot, and we all know what happens when money is one-sided, vegas or linesmaker have this one figure out already. Also I think Dallas will not cover today. I never make officaly pick before so today will be my first.

so does someones dad die since a lot of money was riding on the heat and they covered??  not being an ass here..just trying to figure out this angle..you're more experienced than i am with 30 years of gambling and 15 years of book..i've only been in the game for 25 years..

so they put a little extra kick in the line....don't blame miami for not covering....just take the points......and hold your nuts.
