The Cavs in game 3....I said in my previous post that I no longer trusted them to get a split in Boston but would back them if they fell behind 0-2. It is just a cardinal rule in the NBA. A team that was favorite to win the series down 0-2, regardless of how they played, coming back home to make their last stand. Sure they have quit. Sure they are gutless. But it's one thing to quit and be gutless on the road another to do it in front of your home crowd. Just close your eyes and make the bet.

I appreciate it, Stu. But this is where a gambler has to have guts of steel and a short memory (forget what you saw). It's games like this game coming up that separate the men from the boys in gambling. I am sure we will see Scott Foster out there and whatever else the NBA has to throw out there. Tempers will be short, whistles will be flying and this will be a WWE type game, if you know what I mean, to set up a dramatic game 4 and 5. Just close your eyes and bet it. This Celtic team has won one road playoff game thus far and that was no gimme. So let's stop the hype and be rational about this.

They will be hearing all about it from the media for the next three days. You are asking a lot of this young Boston team to not let all this go to their heads. Despite how good a coach Stevens is, these kids are only human.

Agree. Compared with the 76ers and the Bucks, this Cavs team matches up worse against the Celtics. It is hard to lay so many points for the entire game. 1Q and 1H bets look better. For full game I would only consider ML but not the spread.

BTW, Lebron suffered a neck strain after that hit by Jason Tatum. There is some small extra risk to take CLE regarding how much he will be affected by this injury.

i had boston big in games one and two.  cleveland is the only play in game three; but that's an awful lot of points.

I'm a FG kind of guy, but I can see how that would make sense. Still, all the postgame talk by the Cavs was about the 3rd quarter and how that was when they lost the game. I imagine they will make that a point of emphasis for game 3.

I really think Lue is lost in this coaching matchup. He is just winging it, trying to see if something will work. Luckily, scrubs play better at home, so it won't matter who he throws out there.

if you love the cavs, suggestion is first quarter  and half or find other game and go money line parlay.....   boston plays full 48 minutes, meaning unlike the cavs, 10 points down they still will be playing hard even with less then a minute to play.... besides Cleveland d can not stop anybody.... just an observation... good luck ..
