two series ended early for this round; the thunder vs the pathetic lakers and knicks just did sixers dirty, an NBA is on peak entertainment right now and they want more. How about 2 prime time slots on NBC on Sunday? Not a bad idea right.

I hope you are right. When I look at Pistons and Cavs the Cavs seem like the better team. I do have Pistons to win the series sooo....

We've seen a home team win Games 1 and 2 and then never win again, but when have we seen a home team win Games 1 and 2, lose the next three, but then recover in time to tie the series? I can't recall that. Can anyone recall an NBA series that has gone like that?

This series reminds me of the famous 2004 second round series between the defending champion Spurs and the Lakers. I had a HUGE series bet on the Spurs and was pleased to see them win Games 1 and 2 at home. But then the Lakers won both games in L.A. and then came the Derek Fisher Game in Game 5.

Ouch. Devastating. The Spurs were unable to recover from that shock and got walloped at Staples Center in Game 6.

 Yeah actually it’s funny you ask that , you want to know the last time that happened? 2006 East semifinals home team won the first two games, lost the next 3 and then eventually won the last 2 games. Detroit Pistons over the Cleveland Cavaliers. How ironic huh????

And there you go, history repeats itself, at least for game 6.

And then the Pistons won Game 7 by the sad score of 79-61. LeBron James led the way for the Cavs scoring 27 points while being surrounded by a cast of complete bums. After looking at that box score from 18 years ago, I have a different opinion of his Decision to leave Cleveland.
