It is almost IMPOSSIBLE for this to happen straight up in a Playoff game where both teams would be focused.   Leads to serious questions here.

If you guys watched Game 1, refs were letting Orlando get away with a lot of shit.  To the point where DET got so deep in the hole, they couldn't dig themselves out imo
