all these theories haha...... it goes to -140 b/c the public is on that play....has ZERO outcome on the actual game.  I do although agree with the value not really being there but if you believe in the play, sometimes juice shouldn't play THAT much a part of it.  I hate all these "theories" everyone has

Ive been making alot of coin on this for the past 5 years. Its 3-1 today...and it was 2-0 yesterday. I'll side with the books on 1st quarter plays. Perception is what drives the juice up. You are right it has NO outcome on the game...SO WHY EVEN BET 1ST quarter bets? Do you see the logic? The books should NEVER be able to juice one side of a semi meaningless quarter bet. But since they do and the public allows them I side with them at + money on the other side

Just today the Clips were +2 at even money. The Clippers have the BEST 1st quarter ATS in the league...why in the world would the Knicks be juiced at -135?
